The rectangular intumescent grills act as a firewall, they have been developed to allow a free ventilation through the compartment elements against fire maintaining the fire protection capacity intact of these elements. The grids are composed from a series of horizontal intumescent slats with a perimeter frame from the same material or metallic. The space between each slat is calculated for a maximum ventilation while it assures the total sealing in case of fire.
Applications
The firewall grids allow a ventilation through the different elements of compartmentalization, firewalls as doors, walls, partitions, floors, ceilings, false ceilings, ducts (PVC tubes).

Installation
· The grills are mechanically fixed in the work place through screws or metallic profiles.
· It is advisable to leave 1 or 2 mm in all the perimeter which has to be filled with putty.
